Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together the corns, sour cream, melted butter and, lastly, the muffin mix. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and the casserole is set.
OPTION: When the casserole is done, remove from oven and top with 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
